yah its a great tech, takes time to practice but overall its worth it. i havent seen any vids about it but i will try my best to describe it. You stand on any edge, go as far as you can without falling, and face away from it. Pull out a nade and with a quick motion flick the control stick form left to right(or vice versa)and teh momentum will alloy you to get knocked back and hang on the ledge, and at the same time allows you to guard your place with the dropped nade sitting in front of you.

| that will come in handy, i think this shoul be used almost everytime you grab the edge this is quiet reliable |
