its normally a tough dicision for me weather or not to do double laser up close or single laser, im not a "pro" falco mind you im just asking, is i dependent on character? such as i notice when i play my samus an when a falco approachs with double laser i normally try to gtfo because ill get owned, see as my first instinct as a samus player i SH and get out with a Zair or homo, but falcos double laser stops me, i hit both of them, get grabbed and whinned up with a good 80 damage if i dont DI properly, now if he comes at me wit a single laser i can counter atTACk fast, by dodgeing it . But as i play falco and try to approach with double laser i normally fail but when i appoach with a single laser i am normally successful, whats your opinion on this for me? |

Hydrus dont spam. Anyways my previous message was made on the Wii so i couldnt go into detail.
Falco's SH Lasers are really good if you're the campy kind of person, but if you're tuhe kind who is all offense then they are pretty much a waste unless you use it for gimping someones recovery. |

No u.
Do you do the laser when u hit the ground at an exact time that doesnt make a sound or action when u fire it?
Cause then thats a great tech to master if you are good with singles lasers |

Yeah i believe thats a cancelled laser. You shoot the laser while in the air, so you fire it quickly and less lag time after, but its at ground level |

Pretty much any time you fire a laser from a shorthop it gets cancelled. Hes specifically talking about what most people call "silent laser"s.

Actually, lasers are pretty useful even on approach. Double SHL will combo if they jump into it, and force chars to stick to the ground (where falco can possibly get that early % grab for shit tons of damage). If they block your double SHL up too close you can up tilt right afterwards to hit them out of a grab. When you expect them to shield, you can silent laser instead (which has a small frame advantage on shield). |
